Desktop Not Available message

When I try to connect to sync my device with my database I get a "Desktop not available" message. I am connected to the internet and my wireless network. The only way I can overcome this is by changing the synchronization setting from service to application or application to service.

 Send logs from both desktop and device to support@cellica.com
      a. Desktop Logs:  Zip logs folder from the following path and send it to support.
         Anywhere Version: "C:\Program Files\Cellica Database Anywhere\Desktop Files\Logs\"
      b. Send log from device using "Send Log" menu available on home screen of Cellica Database.
