iPad won't sync

Hi I have the trial version installed and it sees my access database and I have added to the profile but it won't sync with the iPad at all. Have tried loads of time, trial countdown hasn't started so I guess it itsn't working.
DB was created in 2007 but now sits in 2010
The iPad will bring down music and videos so does talk to the PC wirelessly.
Not sure if I have set the correct IP & port as it doesn't show this on the Profile Manager page as it shows happening on some of the help files. But have selected the one showing for my PC rather than the wireless hub. iPad appears to think it is syncing

Could you please send us "Logs" folder from the following path on your computer. Please zip this Logs folder and send it to support@cellica.com

"C:\Program Files\Cellica Database (Wi-Fi)\Desktop Files\"
