Databse view Plus is not syncing with Palm 755p Correctly

I sync'd a new ODBC connection two days ago with the device without issue.  I designed two more connections today and tried to sync them.  They do not sync from the desktop to the palm.  I assume something is being written to DBViewerInfo.mdb which tells the palm what to sync.  The file date is changing each time I try a sync but the new PDB files do not appear on the palm.  I've tried re-installing the program in case something might be corrupt.  Same result. I am running Vista Ultimate w/SP1.  Two questions:  1) What is the password for the protected database, so I can see what is stored there and 2) Where are the PDB files stored that are transferred to the device?  Are they created on the fly?  Using Hot Sync Manager 7.0.2.
