I have found that the company field is not always syncing - this happens mostly on records where there is not contact person but rather just a company name.  Any clues as to why or how to fix?

please send us "AddBookSyncError.txt" log file from "Desktop AddressBook Synchronizer" folder which is at installation path
of Address Book Synchronizer Application on your PC.

This file can help us to resolve this issue. Send this log file to support@cellica.com

Also confirm that you have installed software from following links according to OS of your BlackBerry.
Desktop:

BlackBerry:
   
BlackBerry side component of this software can be install wirelessly. Use following link in Browser of BlackBerry. Install AddressBookSynchronizer and AutoAddressBookSender application according to OS of your BlackBerry.
