profile not changing colour

I have the database installed on my iphone 4 and windows 7 laptop.  It worked ok on my iphone 3, i updated to the iphone 4 with the new udid and registration number but my database was not found (access 2010). I reinstalled the database on my laptop and imported my access database. The profile is showing red for sync but does not chage colour. I have left it for 12 hours with the same results. I have deleted and recreated the profile, same result.

Could you please send us logs folder from the following path. Please zip this logs folder and send it to
"C:\Program Files\Wireless Database Viewer Plus\Desktop Files\"
