I'm trying to evaluate this software to see if it would be of use to our company but I am running into a problem.  I have the app installed on my iPhone as well as the desktop side app installed.  The installation of the desktop side app went flawlessly as well as the iPhone side.  I chose the database test I created to show to my partner how this could be beneficial to us.  Unfortunately when I hit the sync button on my iPhone, the program says that it cannot find the desktop side software and to please install it.  Any ideas?  Thank you in advance for your help.

Laptop side running Windows Vista
iPhone 3GS running 3.12

Thank you for trying our Database Solution. Could you please confirm that you have install desktop side software using exact UDID of your iPhone. If this UDID in desktop side software is wrong then desktop will not able to connect your iPhone. Reinstall desktop side software with exact UDID of your iPhone.
    If you still get the problem, Please send us UDID of your iPhone at support@cellica.com.
Also let us know if you have any question for this software.

For vista, please confirm that in desktop side DatabaseViewer application, in Preferences module,  check "Synchronization Settings". Click On "Synchronization Settings" button and confirm that "Start As Application" option is selected.


Please let us know from which email id you have sent log.

If you still get the problem to sync then please send us Logs folder from installation path of Database Viewer on your PC. Send it to support@cellica.com

i always have a problem to syncronising between my iphone and pc
a message telling me : DBViewerPlus - No new updates from desktop
hope you can help me

i think is better to have more option between updating wirelessly or by downloading files using itunes like e-books and others

Please send us following information at support@cellica.com

1. UDID of your iPhone.
2. Send Logs folder from the folder "\Wireless Database Viewer Plus\Desktop Files\" which is at installation path of Wireless DBViewer Plus software on your PC. Please zip this Logs folder and send it to us.
3. Please send log from your iPhone. From Home screen of DatabaseViewerPlus, More Options->Send Log.
