Some fields doesnt synchronize

I bought from iTunes App Store your app called Contacts Synchronizer for iPhone, and I am using iPhone 3GS 32GB with OS 3.1.2

iPhone app v3.0
PC end v2.2

When I map my custom fields from a CSV file on my PC end everything goes fine*, but Home Fax, Work Fax and URL Hompage doesent synchronize with iPhone. For URL Homepage I used URL Home and then it worked, but both Faxes still have the problem. I mapped both faxes in different iphone fields (Phone Main & Pager) and then it worked, but I want to know how to do it right.

*When I try to map my custom field B-Day with the iPhone´s field Birthday it gives me an error message "Not a valid field mapping for Birthday field"... I have this field in this format: 1-Jan-1900

This is the header from my CSV file:
"Name";"Email";"PhoneHome";"PhoneOffice";"Mobile";"FaxHome";"FaxOffice";"URL";"BDay"

Please send us log from your PC and iPhone at support@cellica.com

You can get desktop side log from following path. Send us this "Logs" folder.
C:\Program Files\iPhone Contacts Synchronizer Lite\Logs

Also send us log from iPhone side ContactsSync application.
