Problems installing desktop

I've been trying to install Database for Android(Wifi) on my desktop. At the "Finish" screen, I keep getting the error "CellicaDBWFRelayNode.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."

After clicking "Don't send", the same message pops up 5 seconds later and keeps doing so.

I'm running Win XP with both Windows firewall and Avast turned off.

If I ignore the error and click "Finish", the next screen that comes up shows my ports correctly.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? I'm down to day 7 on my 10 day trial and haven't been able to get it running yet.

Could you please Turn on the Avast and make the following settings in it.

1. Click the check box "Enable AutoSandbox" & AutoSandbox mode select "Auto"
2. Click the Check box "Show progress info and final recommendation & Add the following path
C:\Program Files\Cellica Database (Wi-Fi)\Desktop Files\CellicaDBWFAdmin.exe
C:\Program Files\Cellica Database (Wi-Fi)\Desktop Files\CellicaDBWFStartSyncService.exe
C:\Program Files\Cellica Database (Wi-Fi)\Desktop Files\CellicaDBWFRelayNode.exe
 C:\Program Files\Cellica Database (Wi-Fi)\Desktop Files\CellicaDBWFSyncService.exe

Try to use the software now.
