Synch Problem

I am using the evaluation version under Windows 7.  Opened port 8585 on firewall.

Installed on iPad, added IP address of desktop, set Synching Mode to Manual.

Profile stays red.  Nothing shows up in the firewall log.

I have uninstalled and re-installed both pieces.

I'd really like to make this work.  Any suggestions?

Please follow the Quick steps for initial synchronization setting between desktop and iPad from following document,

If you still face problem in syncing then send us "Logs" folder from the following path on your computer. Please zip this Logs folder and send it to support@cellica.com

"C:\Program Files\Cellica Database (Wi-Fi)\Desktop Files\"

and from your iPad using "Send Log" menu available on home screen of Cellica Database.
