Will it allow me to pass contacts from salesforce.com to iPhone?

and if so, how?  If i can see it work on the lite version, i will gladly buy the full version.

Please tell me the steps.

Please export data from salesforce.com to .csv file and select it in Contacts Synchronizer application.
