1. This message appears when installation for same ID is present for single user version on another computer or device with this ID is added in Enterprise edition,Please uninstall Cellica Database desktop software first from earlier computer first.
2. If you update OS without uninstallation of Cellica Database or your PC is crashed then also you can get this error message,  Please send UDID of iPhone/iPad or IMEI/MEID/MAC Address of Android device to support@cellica.com
