Please keep open iPhone side DBViewer Plus software for at least two minutes to get the acknowledgement properly.
"ddrumm5" user had different problem, that user was using database on shared network and that database was not available to DatabaseViewerPlus software to update it.
If you still get the problem, Please send "Logs" folder available at installation path of DatabaseViewerPlus on your PC. Zip this Logs folder and send it to
support@cellica.com
