Lost my DataBase Viewer Plus program

After recovering from a hard disk failure, I found I lost my DataBase Viewer Plus program.  I have sent repeated emails to Celica asking for help but have not received a reply.  I tried downloading the program hoping I could use previous activation keys to retain the program.  But the installation asks me for the name of my hand-held product but the drop-down box offered is blank. And that's where the whole process ends.  I have enjoyed this program and it works well on my HP hand held PC.  I use it to sync data from my desktop PC.

How can I get my program back?

Please, I really miss this program for syncronizing my data base files with my HP hand held PC.  It worked fine and then I lost my hard drive.  This is my third request for an answer.  How do I get my program back?
